Lastly, do NOT use any apostrophes (‘), quotation marks (”) or ampersands (&) in your entry—sorry, but the html coding used by our server host will not translate/reproduce them accurately.

Please note that while it is OK for you to ask a modest rehoming fee to cover expenses you’ve incurred—such as for vaccinations, a collar, leash and toys—you may not use this service to sell a dog or puppies for financial gain.

THOSE LOOKING TO ADOPT: Courtesy listings are provided as a public service. They are basically free want-ads. SCLRR does not evaluate the dogs that appear in the courtesy listings. You should take care to meet the dog you’re interested in and conduct your own evaluation of the dog before adopting it. Also, please notify us immediately if you feel someone is using this service to sell a dog or puppies for profit.

All entries are automatically deleted after two weeks; upon request by the animal’s owner, an SCLRR volunteer can delete the listing sooner.

BLACK MALE, 5 YEAR(s).

We have 2 black lab-mixes living on our golf course. Our lease to operate the golf course is expiring soon and we are forced to find a new home for both dogs. The dogs can be separated. Both dogs are friendly and regularly interact with golfers on the course. Their names are Charlie (3 1/2 years) and Kevin (4 1/2 years). Both dogs are chipped and have been vaccinated as well as receiving numerous other shots when they were acquired as rescues. We have paperwork available for both dogs. We would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in finding a good home for both dogs. We can send pictures of both dogs. Please feel free to contact me for more information.
