My name is Nyx and I am the happiest, sweetest, most fun pup you will ever meet! I mean, that is what my foster mom tells me! I am a 1 year old mix with a shiny black coat, bright white teeth and weigh about 50 lbs. So I am perfect! Again, I am only going by what I am told!

I absolutely love to run and play and would love to have another dog to play with. You know what would be perfect? If my family liked to run and play and hike and swim and maybe even do agility training with me! I already have a trainer that could help with that! Wait, am I talking too fast? I know I am quick and love to run!

There are a few details you should know about me. I should not live with any small animals. So, no cats, hamsters, chickens or anything like that. But I do love other dogs- even the great big ones! I also have a goofy looking front foot. It is no big deal. I just had to have a toe amputated. Whatever that means. Doesn't bother me in the least!

You know what is great? I have been allowed to spend a few weeks with a trainer to learn all kinds of new things! She tells me I am so smart! I love to learn and have been working so hard in school! I even get to have some follow up lessons and bring you along! Doesn't that sound fun?

Oh, and as an added bonus, I am crate trained and potty trained! Amazing, right?! I am a really good girl! My foster loves me!

I have met some older kids and I think they would be fun! While I think the young ones might be fun, too, I think I might have too much energy for them. It would make me sad to accidentally knock anyone over.

I settle down nicely in the house and would love to cuddle with you. My foster mom says I am a velcro girl. I am not sure what that means, but if you need any help in the bathroom, I will be there!
