More detail:
2024-05-15: Hello families! My name is Gabby Joy and I'm a 2-year-old petite female chocolate Labrador weighing approximately 46lbs.

Well do I have a story - I was rescued from a breeder that had almost 50 labs. My life has not been always easy there having to compete with so many dogs for food and attention. I am glad I was given a second chance now to live happily with my new family.

I was so grateful to have a new home with my foster Mom, Lucy (SCLRR alum who is 8 years old) and Piper a 15 year old Chiweenie.

Considering my circumstances, I am very well behaved. I have never needed to be crated and have never had an accident in the house.

I'm very grateful to have a warm house and home. I was a little shy at first, yet I have warmed up quite well. My foster Mom is super active, we go on car rides, visit her favorite florist and restaurants. I'm nothing but a great girl.

Other things about my wonderful self, I love to cuddle and have started to play with my foster sister- toys not really.

I get fed twice a day and I'm very gentle with treats. Treats- never had them- I love vegetables -apples, green beans, everything!

I will do well with a family with another dog to teach me the ropes. I'm also fine loving any of my humans.

Everyone I meet says I'm the sweetest girl! Considering the life I had I think I deserve the best! I'll be your bestest dog!

Please contact your Family Rep if you are interested in giving me an awesome forever home.
