More detail:
2017-10-13: Jet Rink is a very smart, very lovable 1 year old black lab. I weigh 56 lbs. In the two short weeks he has been at our house, he has already made himself a part of our family. He is great friends with our black lab, Duke, and they play almost constantly. Jet did not appear to have been trained when we received him, but has been very responsive to corrections since we have had him. He no longer barks when put out in the backyard and 'mostly' sits when asked. He is fairly easy to walk, does not pull. He is interested in our cats, follows them around whining, but has not been aggressive towards them. He has never had any 'accidents' in the house, appears to be well trained in that respect!

As he is a puppy still, he does like to chew, but definitely knows when he has done something wrong or chewed the wrong thing. That's the worst thing we can say about him. We are mostly careful about keeping things up and out of his way. Due to this normal puppy behavior, we keep him in our room at night where he sleeps on a blanket beside the bed. He does not make a sound all night!

Jet is very social and would LOVE a home with another dog to play with. This is not necessary, but we think that would be the best match. We have not had him around small children, but our guess is that he would love kids to play with. He is just so sweet, we love him.
