2017-05-04: Cute! Cute! Cute! That's what my foster mom calls me. Hi! I'm Snoopy Dog and when she isn't telling everyone how cute I am, my foster mom is always telling everyone how grateful I am as well. And it's true! That smile in my photo never leaves my face. That's because I'm REALLY lucky to be alive.

Not long ago, I found myself living on the street and being getting pretty beat up by a super tough dog gang. That's when some really nice people at Hope for Paws found me and took me to a nice hospital that saved my life. I had to work hard to get back to health, but I am strong and it didn't break my spirit! In fact, it didn't take long and I had all the nurses and doctors cheering for me. I even won a best patient award. After they got me all fixed up they found me a great foster home with the pals at SCLRR.

And guess what! I'm now ready to find my FOREVER home! Could that be with you? If you are interested, here is what you need to know.

I am about 5 years old and I weigh 40 lbs. I'm quiet, and my favorite things to do are cuddle and walk. But I also love to run! I like to be near you and go on adventures and my stamina is the best, but I'm also very calm and chill.

Everyone says I'm so brave and I try to be but I am very sensitive too and a little shy, mostly with fast cars or street noises or smoke. Even though I've been bullied, I love every dog I meet and they usually love me back because I'm such a sweet guy.

I would love to have a brother or sister dog to play with. Sometimes I'm shy with people if they're loud or if I think they might be fighting. So, I love lots of cuddling and kisses to make sure everyone is happy and joyful. I need soft foods because I've lost some teeth-but I'm a good eater and I never overeat.

Oh, and my foster mom wants to make sure you know she thinks I'm basically perfect, and I am ready to find my perfect furever family!
