2016-06-04: Hi everyone! My name is Roxy Mae and I''m 8 years young. First of all, let me tell you that I''m a very petite lab. I weigh 53 lbs but I have huge heart with a lot of love to give. So how did I find myself with SCLRR? Well, my owner couldn''t take me and my sister, a German Sheppard mix, with her to her new home so a very nice lady from SCLRR came to see me and told me she was going to take me to a very nice home until they could find me a new family. So now I live with my two foster brothers and a cat. I get along splendidly with my foster doggie brothers but I must confess that I tried to chase my foster mom's cat. She told me I couldn''t do that and I listened to her right away but just to avoid temptation it''s probably best there aren''t any cats in my new home.

I spent a lot of time outside in the backyard with just my sister so when I got to my new foster home I wasn''t sure if should go in the house or lay on the doggie bed but my foster mom assured me that I could go anywhere in the house and lay on any doggie bed that I want to. I think that's great because what I really love to do is be right next to my people. I enjoy taking walks and my foster mom says that I have very good leash manners. I really like it when we take car rides. I sit quietly in the back seat and enjoy taking in all the sights. I sleep quietly in my crate all night until my foster mom takes me out in morning. I haven''t had one accident in her house! Did I tell you that I also like to spend time with my foster mom's son? He is 11 and I follow him around the house. He is the perfect age for me!

So while I''m enjoying my time here in my foster home what I would really love is a forever home to call my own. If I sound like the kind of labby girl that you could love forever then please give your family rep a call and I promise that you''ll be rewarded with lots of labby kisses!
