Hello Future Forever Family,

Are you worried about the upcoming El Nino? Nervous about keeping warm this winter? What you need is me! My name is Hershey and I am 9 year old, warm, cuddly bear that will keep you warm all season long. I am a big, 83 lb chocolate lab that loves to go for slow walks in the neighborhood, ride in the back of your car, or just lay next to you while you watch TV. I am mild mannered and I have never met anyone or anything I didn't like.

I came to SCLRR as a rescue from a local shelter and I have not felt this great in a long time. They took me to the vet for neutering, removal of something irritating my ear, fixed a couple of warts on my face, and now I am a handsome and happy guy. My foster family loves having me around because I do not cause any problems. I am quiet and polite and they always have a smile on their faces when I enter the room. They seem to enjoy my company. My favorite thing is having my tummy rubbed, and my family is always willing to pet me and make my tail wag.

At this point in the bio I am supposed to be honest and tell you some of my bad habits. Well, I really can't think of any. I do like company a lot, so I really would like to live in a forever home where there were humans around a lot. I also do not hear very well, so my new family will have to talk loudly, and make sure I hear them. Oh, I do snore after a full day of playing.

Well, if you would like a warm, cuddly, sweet, handsome, bear-like companion in your home, give your family rep a call and come meet me. I would like that...

Love,

Hershey
