2014-08-06: Hi everyone - my name is Tucker and I a 9 year old chocolate male, and very cute they tell me---and a sweetheart. Let me tell you about myself. A very nice lady came to see me in the shelter where I was taken by my previous family. This nice lady was told I have allergies and that is why I was at the shelter. The nice lady told me not to worry she would take me out of the shelter and take me to a foster home, and my foster family would help me find my forever home. I now live with my foster parents, 3 doggie sisters and 1 doggie brother and kitties. Oh---it is really exciting --my foster family got a new kitten a couple of weeks ago and I love him. My foster mom says I am super gentle with the little guy and I am like a 'Mother Hen' with him.

I am told I am very smart and listen and follow directions very well. I know sit, lay down, shake and of course 'no.' I LOVE to be with people and follow them around. I get along with my foster doggies and the older kitties too. I LOVE my daily walks and have many new friends that I have met on these walks. When I first came to my foster home I slept in a crate at night--I now sleep anywhere inside the house that I want to. BUT I do not get on furniture! I also have been left for several hours in the house with my foster doggies and am so very good. I have no trouble running (or walking) up and down the stairs in my foster home and hop right in the car when I get to go for a ride. I do have a special diet due to my allergies but I am not a picky eater and love meal time. I also love belly rubs. :) If you think I am the boy for you--contact your family rep.
