Though she can be a bit shy and scared at first, Bailey has already shown how much love she has to give. Within just a few days in her foster home, she has begun to trust, warming up to her foster mom and canine sibling. Once she feels safe, she'll happily lay beside you and even offer gentle kisses.

Bailey is crate trained, house trained for the most part (no accidents), up to date on vaccinations. She is walking beautifully on a leash.

She's still building confidence and will need a patient, loving family willing to guide her and show her the world isn't so scary. Simple things--like getting into a car--can make her nervous, but with reassurance and consistency, she continues to make progress every day.

Bailey has lived with cats and did well, and she would be happy in a home with children, another dog, or as your one-and-only companion. She would prefer a family that is not gone away from home for too long.
