More detail:
2022-05-21: Hi! My name is Chuck B and I am a 1 yr old male Lab mix, I'm tall and lean and weigh about 55 lbs.

When the nice people from SCLRR picked me up from the shelter, I had just been neutered.

I met dogs and cats, and like everyone! I didn't know much about being a pet when I was first in a house- I was a blank slate. I am told I'm a super smart, quick learner. I learned sit, lay, stay, down, how to play with a dog toy and play with another dog. I learned how to stay off the furniture. I'm house trained, crate trained, and sleep all night in my crate with no complaints. I still need my new family to continue to work with me on my manners. I have the potential to be perfect one day with the right guidance.

I love going for walks and sniffing everything. I don't pull much, I don't mark- I would make a great running or hiking companion.

I will do best in a home where someone has experience training a puppy- I learn quick, but I'm still learning. Probably no small children because I might accidently knock them over. I could be an only dog or adopted with another dog.

I give great kisses and I'm told I'm super sweet. Are you ready to have the best, smartest boy in your family? Please contact your family rep if you think I'm your guy!
