2011-08-12: Coco is a great dog, but unfortunately it is with great sadness that we feel that we need to find a new home for her. She is a full breed, 5 year old chocolate lab. Coco is a wonderful dog. She came into our lives when we already had two other dogs. We go camping about once a month and we only take Coco camping as a sort of special time for her as our neighbor always takes care of the other two who are content at home. When Coco is with us camping she is the ideal dog. She is just so different and happy when she is away from the other two. I really feel that giving her the opportunity to spend the rest of her life with getting the full attention that she needs is a better suit for her, even though this decision does not come lightly. I feel that she would be great with other dogs as long as the other dogs were not alpha. Our other two dogs are an 8 year old male lab and a 4 year old female puggle, both of which are alpha dogs. The other two have started to become a little more aggressive towards her as well, and this makes me nervous as none of our dogs have shown any kind of aggression in the past.
