Introducing:

I'm a 60 lb 10 month old beautiful black lab. I am very well behaved, but do get excited around new people and dogs. Hey I'm a puppy, I'm suppose to get excited. I have a medium amount of energy and love to run fast around my foster parents yard, but I also like to quietly lay next to my foster parents in the evening and just be close to them. I do enjoy chewing on things. Hey I'm a puppy! I have several chew toys I chew on but have not chewed on anything I shouldn't even though there are shoes all over the floor. I should probably still be watched to not chew on anything important. Hey I'm a puppy.

I never beg for food and I know sit, shake, stay, lay down, and to wait at the door until told 'ok'.

My best trick is if you put a treat on my paw I will just look at it until told it's ok to eat, my foster parents think that is cool. Check out my video below. See, I am quite a smart boy.

Even though I'm a boy I'm not into the whole marking thing. I am completely housetrained.

My original human parents gave me a lot of training. But they could not give me all the attention I deserve and they thought it was best to find a forever home that people and or other dogs could hang out with me more. They are awesome.

My foster parents say I'm great and I have to agree. I have a fair amount of energy so I like to run and I've gone to doggie day care and played with lots of other dogs.

I've got my feet wet in the pool but haven't taken the big plunge, yet. My foster parent is working with me to walk on the leash without pulling and I'm doing great, especially after I get my excitement out of the way, so I'll need more training with that.

I love car rides and once in the car I sit or lay down quietly. I would like to be around people as much as possible as I love to lay close to my foster parents. My foster parents are in Santa Barbara, but are willing to travel to your home so we can meet.
