2016-07-23: Daisy is a cute 7 year old yellow lab. She is petite at only 51 lbs. She has been with us about 3 weeks and has assimilated into the family. She gets along wonderfully with our cats, and after a few days is now fine with our 2 year old black lab. She was a little nervous at first, but now they are great pals. She is a very sweet, loyal, dog, very mellow, but still does love her walks and does pretty well on a leash. She is housetrained and well behaved in the house. She knows how to use the doggie door. Daisy would be good for someone who would like a nice easy lower energy level lab. Daisy came into SCLRR with her sister Sunny Mae, both were turned into the shelter for owner moving out of state. We would like to find a home together to these 2 girls if possible but they can also be adopted separately as well.
