More detail:
2015-10-25: Hi! My name is Rosie Rose. I am a black female Labrador Retriever who is about 10 years old and weigh 63 lbs. I am a slim and healthy dog! My foster mom says that I am sweet, adorable and that the white fur on my face makes me look regal. I like it when we have cuddle-time and she kisses me on my head.

I came into SCLRR from a local shelter. I do not understand why my previous family left me there because my foster mom says that I am the PERFECT dog. I LOVE my foster mommy so I believe everything she says!

My foster mommy says that whoever dumped me at the shelter did me a HUGE favor. I was totally neglected and in very poor condition because of lack of care. SCLRR gave me a complete makeover doing my blood tests, vitamins, fish oil, special diet, dental cleaning, and guess what: I feel AMAZING and I feel much younger than my actual age. Age is just a number, i say. My foster mommy says that I am one of the sweetest dogs she has ever had. I currently live with 1 other dog and two cats and I am friendly with everyone I meet. Shhh, don't say anything but I truly believe that I am the FAVORITE here.

I am always a happy, friendly dog! I LOVE people, children, other dogs (big and small) and cats! I am house-broken and understand basic commands. I will respect your home. I am extremely low-maintenance and do not have any bad habits. I am also good in the car.

I walk every day 3-4 times a day, sometimes even for 2 miles without any complaints. True to my Retriever blood, I LOVE my tennis balls! The second I see a tennis ball, I trot over to get it and drop it at your feet!

My foster mom says that I am such an easy dog. I am crate-trained, but since I am so good I don't have to spend too much time in it. I prefer to stay out and lay on my comfy doggie-bed. I have some minor arthritis on my legs and spine, but I still get around well. I am taking medication for that (Meloxicam) and guess what - I feel GREAT. I heard my foster mom say that I have a young spirit, which is true.

If you think we could be a family, please contact your family rep ASAP.
