Please check Areas We Serve BEFORE you continue with the application process, so that you don't try to complete this application only to find it is not accepted. At present, we serve most of Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties. We serve a few portions of San Bernardino County, and only those cities in Riverside County that are west of the 15 Freeway near Anaheim Hills or Chino. The answers you give on this application will help us to find the best possible match between you and the Labradors available through SCLRR if you are approved for adoption. Please include area codes with all phone numbers. If your application is not accepted into our system because of the telephone area code you entered, please contact us before going any further to see if we serve the area where you live. Please do not enter a fictitious telephone area code to get your application accepted into our system. One of our volunteers will contact you shortly after we receive your inquiry; if you do live in an area that we serve, our volunteer will advise you how to submit your application.

Please give us ten working days before you call us again and be sure to mention that you've sent us the filled out forms. Dogs fostered by SCLRR will incur an adoption charge to cover aggregate costs of caring for the dogs, payable at the time of adoption. Our current adoption fees are $225 for dogs up to age six years, $100 for dogs seven years and older.

We reserve the right to refuse an application. Sorry, but we cannot accept applications from individuals or organizations seeking a Lab to perform as any type of service animal, nor can we accept applications from group homes or other institutional settings.

IMPORTANT: Before clicking 'submit' at the bottom of this form, please DOUBLE CHECK to see that the email address you entered is perfectly correct. Once you have reviewed all your entries, submit your application; you will then receive an email message. Please print that message, sign it, and mail it to us along with your check for the $10 nonrefundable application fee. The check should be made payable to "SCLRR."
