- SCLRR will be at the OC Pet Expo April 20-22,2012. The OC Pet Expo is held at the Orange County Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa. It opens each day at 10a.m. Stop by our booth and see our great Foster Dogs. Meet volunteers and find out more about SCLRR, our foster dogs, fostering and volunteering.
