While we make every effort to ensure these listings are accurate, we cannot guarantee there are no mistakes below. Please always call the shelter before coming to see a particular dog. You should also take care to meet the dog and conduct your own evaluation of the dog before adopting it. Also remember that in most cases time is very short for these dogs. Comments: Agoura CA: Precious Senior Lab Dumped at Shelter (because she is depressed) $50 Sponsor She is depressed; her life long companion dog died recently and she has tried to run away. Instead of protecting her and being sensitive to her loss they dumped her at the shelter! She is so sad and lonely, she not only lost her best friend, but now her entire family doesn't care about her. She has a sweet temperament, likes the dog park, good with kids, housetrained, and mellow. If anyone is interested in her, either to foster or adopt, I'm willing to transport.
