Southern California Labrador Retriever Rescue, Inc., started in the beginning of 1998. We have grown from our initial seven members to more than a hundred people who work throughout southern California to assist Labrador Retrievers in need. We are nonprofit, and recognized under the Internal Revenue Code 501(c)3 as a charitable, tax exempt organization. All the money that we earn goes toward our mission of rehabilitating and rehoming Labrador Retrievers, and educating the public about these wonderful dogs. Please take a look at our Newsletters to see our accomplishmentswe hae had over the last few years. Thank you for your support which has helped us accomplish our goals!
Please take a moment to note the Areas We Serve. We are sorry if we are not able to assist you due to your location. Please note that we do not make any exceptions. We limit the areas we operate in to ensure we will be able to personally perform a homecheck on each applicant and that we will also be able to help one of our adopted Labs come back into SCLRR easily if the need arises.
Please visit SCLRR's Rescue Philosophy to learn about our adoption program and about our dog evaluations.
**You should also take a look at our SCLRR DVD which gives you more information about our group's mission.**
